Our Essential programme is aimed at equipping individuals with the essentials to grow, develop and excel at this stage of their career. It lays the foundations to leadership, operations, business acumen, the mindset confidence needed to thrive at this point, and quite uniquely early board skills and capabilities. Participants experience a range of core business and career modules with a clear, unique to them professional and personal growth development plan combined with key tools to better understand themselves and others for better relationships and business outcomes.

All participants benefit from an expert leader for the full 12 months helping participants to tap into their unique talents. We provide a safe space to learn and develop from their peers in a group mentoring peer to peer support setting and a platform to connect, access learning and more.
