Our Momentum programme is aimed at individuals who desire to enhance capabilities, stretch and receive career development to excel where they are at and get them ready to step up into senior leadership.   

All participants benefit from an expert leader facilitator for the full 9 months across a hybrid learning programme which is intense, will take you out of your comfort zone, expose you to the current business challenges and more. This is a crucial stage in anyone's career and  with us we will ensure you have the learning to lead with impact for a long time after.  

Is this for you?

• You are ready to take ownership of your personal and professional development and growth.
• A leader/manager with minimum 6 years and maximum 10 years working experience.
• Leader/Manager looking to grow, develop and excel into a more senior career/transition to a new field/profession
• Mid-level manager or senior leader of any discipline/generalist or specialist/Head of/Managing Director/Vice Principal/Deputy Head 
• At a career crossroads also impacting your personal life, and desire to accelerate your career and move forward
