Our Optima programme is aimed at individuals in a substantial leadership role, with a strong desire to take their current leadership to the next level and step up  into leading a business in a changing world. This intense programme takes leaders away from their everyday corporate world to a non-corporate environment with in between online modules.

We provide an all virtual programme open to global leaders in the rest of the world for a global flavour. 

Overview

Leaders will undertake an intensive 6 month programme to include action learning sets and action planning led by an expert senior lead facilitator.

Optima is about having the best possible result in terms of personal and professional development and growth by providing participants with the optimum business know how required at this level combined with a  diverse range of leadership skills which are essential to manoeuvre within VUCA environments ,to lead inclusively  through people and inspire performance, and overcome strategic business challenges with  increased confidence.
